Mr. Terrence Fraser
Associate Professor of Law
Mr. Terrence Holly Fraser has over 29 years of industry experience. He is a senior estate tax attorney and litigation specialist for the United States Treasury Department. He has been with Treasury Department in 2000. From 2004 to present, he has also been serving as arbitrator for the American Dispute Resolution Center. Mr. Fraser served as an independent Public Arbitrator and Chairman for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from 1988 to 2008. He is a former undergraduate and graduate schools adjunct professor for the Metropolitan College of New York, where he taught Business Law and Business Ethics & Values.
Attorney Fraser earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Pace University Lubing School of Business in New York City in 1983. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of West Los Angelo’s School of Law.
Mr. Fraser received his post-Juris Doctor (LLM) degree in U.S. Taxation in 1996 from Golden Gate University School of Law, and a second LLM degree in Trial Advocacy in 2017 from Temple University Law School. In 2008, Attorney Fraser was trained in Negotiations and Mediation at Harvard Law School.
Mr. Fraser is admitted to the following: State of Connecticut, Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut, State of New York, Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United State Tax Court.
